I am….

Chocolate Zucchini Bread!

034

Come on guys…don’t you remember Captain Planet?  I don’t think I could ever decide what power I wanted. It was tough being an 8 year old ;)

Anyhow, today I made this Chocolate Zucchini Bread. Serena has been hooking me up with the zucchini recipes lately. The only thing I did differently was add chocolate chips.

In case you don’t know…Washington state is having a mini heat wave right now. A whole week of 90+ degree weather! It reached over 100 degree’s today! We are having a real summer for once!

And to show that heat I wasn’t afraid of it…I baked two loaves of this bread.

I’m that intense ;)

OOOOHHHHHHH, this reminds me of my grandma!! She used to make chocolate zucchini cake and it made my heart sing (to the tune of wild thing). This post made me smile!

All of the captain planet kids were cool except for that heart kid. That kid’s power sucked. Did he even get to do anything? How is “heart” a fundemental element? That’s reaching…
Anyway, no more ranting, the zucchini bread looks awesome. A+
